After the hustle and bustle of the festive period, it's time to slow down, recalibrate and welcome 2020!
You are invited to join Stephen from Just be Mindful for a relaxing and nourishing morning of mindfulness and self-compassion practice. As another new year begins, give yourself the gift of the beauty and joy of life right here and now – not reliving the events of the past year or 'preliving' and worrying about the future.
This special workshop will consist of gentle, guided mindfulness and self-compassion practises – allowing you to invite the mind and body to slow down and rest.
