  Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Programme (HELP)

  ​The HELP project is free and has 2 phases, prevention (0-12yrs) and management (13-19yrs) programme focusing on well being, nutrition and physical activity. By engaging in “Healthy Lifestyles” (Prevention) and “Making a Difference” (Management) programmes we target families seeking to encourage healthy life choices through positive lifestyle changes in family environments assisting them to move into a more positive position for their futures.
